Contract builder for the developer of a 23-unit residential townhouse development in Mount Maunganui
Project Description.
Bask comprised a mix of two and three-level townhouses, some of which were completed to a higher-end spec.
All units were pre-sold off the plans. Flowerday Homes managed the construction of the project on a 3910 contract.
