Project Description.
Master-planned by urban designers Isthmus to connect land, spaces and people, Te Mania is a local success story that residents love to call home.
Playgrounds, walkways, recreational areas and reserves form an integral part of the development.
To date 72 homes have been built and handed over, with a further 43 homes to start construction in the next stage from September/October 2025.
