Haneanea Way.

Designed by JMAC Architecture and built for a family with teenagers in mind, this beachfront retreat stands out along the Papamoa Beach coastline. With its strong architectural lines and black vertical Accoya shiplap cladding, it is a home to behold.

Upstairs, full-width stacker doors open to a Kwila deck with expansive sea views. The designer kitchen features a bar area complete with antique mirror and LED lighting, which flows into the open plan living and dining. The master suite is a private haven with its own deck, views, and generous walk-in wardrobe. The ensuite features dark, rich tones, designer lighting, and an oversized, tiled double shower. On the ground floor, there are three further bedrooms, a family bathroom, and separate laundry. A family room features stacker doors which open out to more decking and a sunny, private pool.
