The quality of the work they did really appealed to us. It’s great when you build because you get to personalise your home how you want it to be. We had a meeting with the design consultant at ZB and sat down with her for about 6 hours…we went through every single detail and picked out exactly what we wanted to make it ours. We speak to the team at ZB all the time. They are always there when we have a question which is just what you want. Regular weekly updates and a phone call away. It’s been fantastic.

Building with Flowerday Homes was exciting. I told Rik right from the beginning I’ll be involved because its going to be our home and they were really good with that whole process. For me, all the way through the process it was great. I was able to talk to Rik initially then talk to the project manager and the builder and felt supported all the way along.

We have recently built with ZB Homes BOP. Once the slab went down the build moved along very quickly indeed. I was impressed with the quality of the subcontractors. The house looks fantastic. I have enjoyed dealing with ZB on this project.

We had a bit of a look around at different houses before we built and liked the style of home ZB was building. A lot of the other group builders have set plans and we didn’t want that – we wanted to have input into the house, that was a big deal for us. ZB was able to deliver this for us – we are very happy with our house and with ZB as a whole from start to finish.
